Our complimentary Pantry Planning service is designed for anyone who loves the idea of a calm, cohesive space, but isn’t quite sure where to begin.

Whether you’re organising a full pantry, a baking cupboard, utility or laundry room, we’ll help you choose the right jar sizes and storage solutions to suit your space, your routine and how you actually live.

This service is completely free of charge and part of the considered experience we offer at Paper & Ink.

Who This Service Is For

This service is perfect if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed by jar sizes and options

  • Don’t want to order the wrong quantities

  • Are starting from scratch or refreshing an existing pantry

  • Want a cohesive, well-thought-out result without the guesswork

  • Simply don’t have the time to browse the website and figure it all out yourself

If you know you want beautifully organised, but aren’t sure what that looks like yet — you’re in the right place.

How It Works

1. Get in Touch

Email us at info@thepaperandink.co.uk with a brief description of what you’d like to organise.
You can include as much or as little detail as you like — photos are welcome but never essential.

We may ask a few gentle questions to understand:

  • What you’d like to store

  • How many people you’re organising for

  • Your preference for uniform or mixed jar sizes

  • Any must-have items (pasta, cereal, baking ingredients, oils, laundry jars etc.)

To ensure we can dedicate the time and care each plan deserves, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required once we begin your personalised plan. This amount is fully redeemable against your final order, and will be deducted from your total once everything is agreed.

2. Your Personal Pantry Recommendation

Based on your needs, we’ll carefully curate a personalised recommendation for you, which may include:

  • Suggested jar sizes and quantities

  • Storage solutions that make sense for your space

  • Practical advice to keep everything functional and easy to maintain

  • Optional additions such as labels, scoops or oil bottles

Everything is tailored — no generic bundles, no pressure.

3. A Simple, Stress-Free Order

Once we’ve agreed everything together, we’ll create a manual order for you.

There’s no need to spend time navigating the website or adding products to your basket — we take care of that part for you.
You’ll receive a clear summary and payment link, and nothing moves forward until you’re completely happy.
